依法协同推进社会治理。结合履职办案，针对发案单位、行业等管理漏洞制发检察建议1.7万件，促进源头治理。坚持和发展新时代“枫桥经验”，深入推进检察信访工作法治化，推动群众信访件件有回复从“做得到”向“做得好”提升。全国县级检察院全面派员入驻综治中心，依法化解矛盾纠纷。深化重复信访化解攻坚，落实各级检察院领导干部接访下访制度，包案办理信访5.4万件，推动案结事了人和。
